What is a Volunteer Engagement Survey?
A volunteer engagement survey is usually run every 1 or 2 years and covers a wide range of topics.
These topics can include engagement, colleagues, communication, diversity and inclusion, leadership, management, respectful workplace, role, safety and security, service, values, culture, wellbeing.
Most organisations like to include some questions from previous surveys and some from our bank of benchmark statements. This enables them to assess their progress over time and to measure how their results compare with those of other similar not-for-profit organisations.
