For many years our clients have used our Reflections survey platform to support their employee surveys and volunteer surveys. We are now underway with a substantial development.
The overall aim is to increase the impact of our client’s engagement surveys and provide access for managers to interrogate their own results, supporting their action planning process.
New features available now:
Hierarchies
This module gives our clients the ability to tailor each user’s access to particular parts of the organisation e.g. regions or departments.
The aim is to encourage our clients to widen the scope of access to the platform to empower their managers to engage with their own results and take action.
Interactive dashboard
Dashboards enable our clients to explore their survey results online in real time, and drill-down into the results on screen. This facilitates a deeper understanding of how people are feeling and how the experience varies for different groups within the organisation.

Action planning
The action planning tool will enable users to capture and track actions identified following their survey, explore common themes, and facilitate sharing of good practice within the organisation. We’re excited to launch this feature in November.
