But how can you communicate your staff survey to get people on-board?
In this webinar we heard from Cindy Norfor and Jane Willcocks, Global HR Advisors for The Leprosy Mission (TLM) about how they managed their global survey and got TLM leaders in different countries around the world to participate and promote the survey to their staff.
The Leprosy Mission is an international Christian organisation with almost 150 years of experience. TLM is the world’s largest leprosy-focused organisation with over 1700 staff working in more than 30 countries.
