Our experience
We’ve worked with over 120 clients to survey 95,000 people, across over 175 countries and in many languages including Arabic, Hindi, Nepali, Russian, Tajik, and Urdu.

Our custom approach
Every organisation is different. Our approach is to understand your unique needs, and develop your survey to deliver the best outcomes for you.
We provide a key factor analysis to identify the key drivers of engagement in your organisation. We provide complete confidentiality and anonymity for your people. We never disclose any individual survey responses, and only report results for groups of at least the minimum size agreed.
We offer a full analysis of the survey results, together with feedback to your SMT and can work with you to help to identify the key areas to focus on.
Our not-for-profit engagement database
We have one of the largest not-for-profit engagement databases in the world, which provides you with a wide range of organisations to benchmark with. Comparing your results with others’ brings another dimension to your survey, and deepens your insight into your organisation’s position in the sector.
Our ongoing programme of research into engagement across the not-for-profit sector throughout the world, serves to increase knowledge and helps to develop more effective surveys.
Our technology platform
The technology and methodology being used in our space is always developing and we want to offer our clients the most effective tools to help to understand and sustain the highest levels of employee and volunteer engagement.
Our survey platform, ViewPoint, is better suited to meet the needs of organisations and allows clients to see and explore their survey results on screen in real-time, using online interactive dashboards.
Key aspects of ViewPoint are:
- Provision of Tableau-based online dashboards so that clients can explore results and drill down live, on screen
- Action planning module – enabling the capture and tracking of actions from the survey throughout the organisation
- Templates for managers to use to report on themes and progress
- Pulse module allowing clients to run their own pulse surveys – enabling much more frequent listening and measurement
- Handling of online surveying in many languages
