Sector-Wide Annual Report now available for download
We conducted an analysis of the employee engagement surveys of 29 Third Sector organisations undertaken by Agenda Consulting in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
‘Changes and Challenges: Employee Engagement in the Third Sector’ presents the findings of this analysis and our conclusions and recommendations to come out of the research.
In this report we also detail ten questions that Third Sector organisations should ask themselves when measuring employee engagement.
